Refund Policy

Refund requests will be submitted and reviewed by the UREC Business Office. A photo I.D. and your receipt are required to request refunds, and please be aware that there are no guarantees as to if the request will be granted. Programs, camps or classes may be cancelled if minimum registration numbers are not obtained prior to the start date. In this case a full refund will be issued. If a class is cancelled by University Recreation, or due to weather it will be rescheduled at the next available time. Refund requests must be made within 30 days from date of purchase. * A service fee of $20 may be applied to refunds. * Refund requests, if granted will only be refunded by either balance on account, check or credit card. * Please allow 3 to 4 weeks for processing of approved requests. * You will be contacted by email if your request is denied. * Locker Rentals are non-refundable. * Refund policy subject to change without notice.
